micah holmquist's irregular thoughts and links
Welcome to the musings and notes of a Cadillac, Michigan based writer named Micah Holmquist, who is bothered by his own sarcasm.
Please send him email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Holmquist's full archives are listed here.
Sites Holmquist trys, and often fails, to go no more than a couple of days without visiting (some of which Holmquist regularly swipes links from without attribution)
Blogs that for one reason or another Holmquist would like to read on at least something of a regular basis (always in development)

The greatest PTL episode EVER
At a little past 10 last night I turned on the telly and had the opportunity to watch Praise the Lord on TBN. John Hagee was the guest host and when I turned out the program he was interviewing Jack Van Impe and his wife Rexella. Everybody seemed to agree that the end times were near. Jack even went as far as to say that armageddon was near, but don't fear Hagee still had time to justify invading Iraq.
Jack announced that Rexella had just received her doctorate in journalism. I wonder what type of school it was since the woman isn't exactly overflowing with logical thoughts. She would go on to say that "terrorism" (left undefined) was the last sign before the rapture. She went on to talk about how by looking at the Bible it is possible to know exactly what is going to happen in the future.
Hagee voiced no disagreement with this and so it was notable later in the program when he said that if America doesn't reject gay and lesbian marriage, the country is finished.
