Just over 13 months ago a friend and I were enjoying a find carb heavy breakfast at the Original Pancake House in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago and discussing how shameless patriotism in the U.S. would get before the "war on terror" was over. We concluded the end point would be a Rambo movie where the character Sylvester Stallone made famous would, while still being played by Stallone, go after the terrorists.
