micah holmquist's irregular thoughts and links
Welcome to the musings and notes of a Cadillac, Michigan based writer named Micah Holmquist, who is bothered by his own sarcasm.
Please send him email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Holmquist's full archives are listed here.
Sites Holmquist trys, and often fails, to go no more than a couple of days without visiting (some of which Holmquist regularly swipes links from without attribution)
Blogs that for one reason or another Holmquist would like to read on at least something of a regular basis (always in development)

The terrorists and the killers and those who harbor terrorists cannot stand the thought of a free society in their midst. That's why the mission in Iraq is vital. A free Iraq will be a peaceful Iraq. And a free and peaceful Iraq are important for the national security of America. A free and peaceful Iraq will make it more likely that our children and grandchildren will be able to grow up without the horrors of September the 11th.Makes sense. Similarly, and also on Monday, Tariq Ali writes the Guardian that "Few can deny that Iraq under US occupation is in a much worse state than it was under Saddam Hussein" and U.S. Under Secretary for Arms Control and International Security John R. Bolton said the U.S. respects the sovereignty of other countries. Then there's Adam Bulger of the New York Press writing, "[r]ight-wing culture is a format that’s ready-made for conservatives."
If none of the above tickles your funny bone, I suggest the Militia Babes 2004 Calendar.
